BEREAVEMENT COUNSELLING
Support when you need it most
Grief is a natural response to losing someone and we all experience it differently. There is no right or wrong way to feel during the bereavement period - we all cope in our own way.

Sometimes, our grief manifests in ways that we don't expect. Grieving can be a confusing time, full of powerful emotions. Some of us feel numb, some of us feel angry, some of us withdraw into ourselves.

During our grief we need to be accepting of ourselves and our need to feel and adjust to the world without the person we have lost.

Talking about our loss can allow us to adjust to life without our loved ones. By not allowing ourselves the opportunity to talk and keeping everything bottled up, we risk prolonging the pain of our loss. Acknowledging loss is the first step to moving forward, the rest of the journey is unique as the individual.

By providing bereavement counselling, we aim to help you navigate through the various stages of your grief and get to the point where you feel able to live a little more normally.

If you're finding it difficult to process your loss or adjust to the changes happening in your life, our qualified and experienced Counsellors are here to help you navigate the maze that is grief.
